The Pelley house built in 1917, was designated a heritage home by the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland & Labrador in 2010. The exterior of the dwelling has been fully restored and extensive upgrades completed on the interior. While restoring the interior we have tried to achieve the correct balance for trim, décor and furnishings for an early 1900s outport merchant home while still providing all necessary amenities required in a modern home. To help support the costs maintaining the heritage structure, the Pelley House was listed on Airbnb in the spring of 2019. We trust the Pelley House will meet your satisfaction.
